Tokens
A more in depth review of Rocket Pool tokenomics is available in the full documentation, in the discord and in various medium articles. For this lesson, we will just introduce the basics of the two Rocket Pool tokens, rETH and RPL, expanding on what has been said in the previous lessons. Please note: RP is the abbreviation for the Rocket Pool protocol itself, whereas, RPL is the name of the token.
Both rETH and RPL are ERC-20 tokens. As with all such tokens, the names are not guaranteed to be unique. Always be safe and check that the token you are buying/trading/minting etc. has the correct contract address. The safest place to check is on Rocket Pool's website or on the discord.
